My Policies

• $25 refundable deposit to book an appointment!

  • Remaining balance can be paid with cash, cash app, or zelle

  • If you arrive too late to the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded

• Please arrive with your hair detangled

  • If your hair isn’t detangled when you arrive, you will have to pay a $10-$30 take-out fee

  • “detangled” means you took the previous hairstyle out and/or your hair is ready to be shampooed. this doesn’t apply to locs

• A shampoo service is included with the appointment

  • If you choose to arrive with your hair shampooed, please make sure there are no oils, leave in conditioner, or grease in your hair

  • There will be no price difference for arriving with your hair shampooed

• Braiding hair, faux loc hair wrapping hair, and boho hair is provided

  • please bring your own human hair bundles or faux locs for hairstyles that require it

• feel free to bring earbuds, blankets, light snacks, or anything else you may need to feel comfortable at your appointment! (wifi is provided, just ask)
