My Policies

• $25 deposit to book an appointment (send to my cash app $kiyascreations)

  • Please send the deposit with-in 24 hours of booking your appointment (if you fail to do so, your appointment will be canceled and you will be removed from the calendar)

  • Please make sure to include the hairstyle name, date, and time when you send the deposit

  • I accept walk-ins if I’m available, but the deposit secures a time and date

  • If you book, please come on time! You may have to pay a $15 late fee depending on how late you are and if I have clients after you

• please arrive with your hair pre-shampooed and detangled! (If your hair isn’t detangled when you arrive, you will have to pay a $10-$30 detangling fee)

  • please make sure there is nothing in your hair before your appointment (no oils, leave in conditioner, grease, etc)

  • “detangled” means you took the previous hairstyle out and/or your hair is ready to be shampooed. this doesn’t apply to locs

• if you’re booking for a child or someone else, please book the appointment under child’s or other person’s name

  • small children (under 13 years old) may be eligible for discounted prices

  • discounted prices depend on age and difficulty of the hairstyle (if your child has really thick hair, long hair, or has difficulty sitting down there will be no discount)

• all braiding hair, faux loc hair wrapping hair, and boho hair is provided

  • please bring your own human hair bundles or faux locs for hairstyles that require it (you may provide your own braiding hair)

• picture references are welcome (please send the picture to 2672250255 before booking so I you tell how to book it below)

• feel free to bring earbuds, blankets, light snacks, or anything else you may need to feel comfortable at your appointment! (water and wifi is provided, just ask)
